		<description>You are so spot on with this article.  The prospect of working on a new project, using new technologies where there is a challenge because we don't know how or even if we can do what we are aiming for with the tools available, that is such a joy!

I realize that when I've been interviewing programmers recently I haven't been asking questions that reveal if they have that spirit of adventure or if they are just coding drones.  I want the guys with the spirit!</description>
